Bathroom were clean but warm water took time to arrive. Bathroom fittings were worn out. Food ok ok. They should stop giving dinner with the package as we felt discriminated. Staff behaviour was excellent location of property is excellent.

We 2 families stayed by taking 2 rooms for 3 days. Accommodation and service is excellent. The staff is very courteous & polite. Hotel located in heart of the city, all big shopping malls are in walkable distance. Food items are good except south indian dishes. They need to engage for expert chef.

Make my trip did not include breakfast in hotel tarrif, while hotel was offering breakfast in the same tarrif. Make my trip pocketed that amount, clever cheating.
