The location is convenient. The rooms is quite comfortable, except for the shower stall. The food is good. However they should serve eggs at least. Service is quite good. Check in and check out was quick.

First of all makemytrip is a easy platform to book a hotel. It was very nice stay in the hotel. Rooms are very good & cleaned. Food quality was awesome. Overall service was very good.

I guess this hotel cater to guest who can talk in hindi- non hindi speaking guest are not welcome as even to get one english tv channel they demanded 500 inr extra

Many issues like hospitality valet parking bathroom. My partner was not well and he is alone at room needs medicines to be given from desk to room but management denied. In emergency they called ill partner ground floor. Also at night there is no one to park vehicle. Room service was too delayed. Continuous calling for checkout totally irritating. Breakfast was too bad can’t explain. Reason given that chef is on holiday. Will never stay nor recommend to stay at sayaji jamnagar

Loved the stay at sayaji jamnagar for 2 nights on a business trip. The property is just 3 years old, fresh & comfortable. Hospitality and food choices are very nice.

The overall experience was good however it is observed that for breakfast as well as dinner the dish menus are repetitive. They should change it.

It was a good stay. The staff is polite and helpful. They need to change the menu in the restaurant as we have seen repetitive dishes for buffet dinner and breakfast.

Location is excellent however the local taxi drop of airport and railway station is too high. The food is only veg which is a challenge for people like me who is a non veg. Other hotel of sayaji at indore and pune serves non veg food. Why this discrepency

Sayaji has made a huge mistake by changing the old staff. The new one's are mostly freshers and highly incompetent. Not listening to the customers request, passing comments and being insulting is quite normal to them. Ms kairavi at the reception is one such person. This is the second time i'm staying in less than 15 days and both the times the experience was horrendous. She doesn't listen to the guest's request at all. She's upright rude about any query and utterly useless when it comes to providing help. On the other hand ms aditi resolved the issues within mere seconds. Last time too during check out she made us wait for 10 minutes and when asked how much longer she said 10 more minutes. We proceeded and got our check-out done within 2 minutes from ms muskan. Due to the incompetency of one person, ms kairavi, it completely ruins our experience and we'll think twice before booking in future. When my partner checked in ms musk-an was very helpful and did within mere seconds. Yet we received a call from ms kairavi after 15 minutes stating he hasn't submitted id proof. This shows a clear lack of communication among the staff which in turn hassles the guests. Despite paying 5k a night if this is the standard then how's it better than any subpar hotels existing in jamnagar? sayaji is a brand. Kindly maintain that level. Room: smelly. Small bathroom. It was a connecting room so we could constantly hear the person next door. Cleanliness is down the gutters.
