Property is not too good, rooms are not specious as expected, exhauster are not in bathroom, all the cock and flash are very poor in conditions, not maintained. I am not click any images, we are stay in room no 504, 505, 502, u can verify before allow any booking, i think it will down your brand images.

It was a great stay at hotel kuldeep, very peaceful and silent rooms with neat and tidy ac room with sufficient space and a good wardrobe. I only had issues with the washroom they could have kept it more neat and jet sprayer and the showers doesn't work well. Staff service was very good, within a minute they provide what we asked for.

Hotel kuldeep is conveniently located near tatanagar rail station, just 980 meters away. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I was assigned room 506, which was well-maintained and clean. However, i encountered an issue with the hand shower in the bathroom as it was not functioning properly. Additionally, unlike other hotels i have stayed at, hotel kuldeep did not provide a complimentary water bottle. Although the hotel boasts an in-house restaurant, i did not have the opportunity to try it out. Nevertheless, the location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of food options available nearby. One point of disappointment was that according to the information provided on make my trip, there was supposed to be a complimentary railway drop and pick-up service. However, upon inquiring about this, the hotel staff denied the existence of such an offer. In summary, while the rooms at hotel kuldeep were satisfactory and clean, i found the overall experience to be lacking for the price paid. Considering these factors, i would rate my stay a 3 out of 5.

Hotel is poorly managed with unclean room and bathrooms, dirty linen and lot of sounds by room service men talking loudly up to late nights. Don't stay. One line

I have stayed this Hotel since 2011, every time I visit Jamshedpur but this time I am little bit disappointed with their room.

Bad rooms with poor hospital

I booked a deluxe room, first they gave a room which didn't have a bed sheet, then they changed it to the cheapest room with no geyser. After arguing over the fact that, we have already paid for a costlier room, they again offered us another room which had no window. The room was very small, clumsy and stuffy. Then after several reminders they finally got us a towel at night, when we already bought one. They are very late with every response. Initially the room was clean, but no one came for house keeping in the 2 days' stay. The food available in room service is also not good in taste. I wish I booked an another hotel.

Behavior of reception not good

Behavior of reception staff can be improved, they are not at all helpful. Experience with Makemytrip is good but with the reception staff it was not good specially the person with tall height (name skipped) has arrogance in his speaking which does not suits to hospitality industry. I am a business Traveller and observe behavior closely, I suggest hotel management to motivate there team. Good luck

Superb location and nice rooms

The reception had some initial problems as in we did 2 bookings but their system showed only one. Seems it took one or two hours to update. However rooms were pretty nice and since we had a train to catch, location became advantage. Service was decent and cleanliness was good.
