Internet in room was very slow, roos is quite old. Breakfast menu is very limited, even they are reluctant for small request also

Well located hotel. Food is not upto the mark. House keeping has to improve it is is poor. They don't give filter water so everytimenyou buy mineral water. All other facilities are good

Rooms are very bad, all insects in the room, charged amount is very high, it is worth 1/4 of charge, bed smell in room, water also local brand bottles, just 4 or 5 rupees will cost to give per bottle for branded water bottles, but not provided

I travel-led for my business trip and booked for3 nights. Rooms are spacious but suffocating. Wifi connection was worst, extremely slow wifi connection and cannot connect 2 devices. The receptionist mr apoorv dont know how to behave with customers and was extremely rude in terms of replying to customers. Staffs dont know how to behave in hospitality sector. This hotel is extremely costly as per the services provided. As per me this this hotel is not recommended

The stay was very comfortable, it was located in prime location, with enough transport facilities. Amenities were good, room was big and clean, maintained neatly. Had complimentary breakfast, which was really good. All the staff were good. Management doing a good job.

It is a 1 standard hotel. Very bad receptionist and she was intentionally giving a delux room where i booked for super delux. She is cunning. Also the food is pathetic and price like i was in taj hotel. You have to call 100 times to get a room service

You will be welcomed by a 50 year old lady with a rude attitude. The food was pathetic in taste. You can break someone's head with their poori. When i asked for a dental kit they denied rudely starting that we only give dental kit who opts for a super deluxe room. I came from delhi hence my clothes were not properly ironed so i asked for either laundry service or one iron. They have me excuse that they don't have laundry service and their iron wire has been cut by mouse. The guards and waiters will force you to give tips.

All amenities was good. Hotel was neat and clean, ac works properly, complementary breakfast was very good and also complementary water bottle given daily.

Hotel sagar is located in nearby vicinity to tata steel, food was not up to the mark too oily loaded with spices, amenities were damn awesome loved the gym, services do have a further chance of improvement
