Stayed on 27th dec, 2024. Nice rooms. Clean and bright washrooms. Excellent front desk staff. Benign and helpful. Wide spread breakfast in true sense. Plenty of items were in buffet. Chicken sausage, chicken salami, egg live counter will give you eggs in any form and there was also chicken with boiled vegetables. Plus all south indian, north indian breakfast items. Area is not scenic or some thing that gives you a serne view. It's city view. Busy city roads. Big tv inside the room with all channels. Overall quite impressive. Will recommend any tourist to visit at least once

It was a very nice and pleasant stay in vivanta, jamshedpur. Every staff was very courteous and helping. Breakfast was very tasty and a lot of varieties was there. Lobby of vivanta jamshedpur

Pros 1. Good and fast service. Can be even termed as exceptional & quite fast. Extremely polite and nice and helpful staff. 2. Large enough rooms & clean enough. Cons 1. Bathroom jet spray not working. Room no. 531. 2. Very difficult to call room service by phone; too many phone numbers. 3. Not much facilities: small pool. 4. Not enough food options for a 5 star hotel buffet breakfast. 5. Very slow lift. 6. Old property some floors newly renovated.

Wonderful experience. Make my trip has been able to save approx rs 1000. For me had i booked directly with the hotel. As also there were no rooms available with the hotel, but since i booked through make my trip, i was easily able to get accomodation at jamshedpur. The rooms were good which made my stay very comfortable. I thank makemytrip for their services. Thanks.

Front office staff aditi was very bad. Doesn't know how to behave to a guest and family. Exit experience was ridiculous. Got delayed by 30+ mins because of her rude and unprofessional conduct. You can check with her then colleague. Taj brand should have at-least basic hygiene behaving people. Very disappointed.

Located in the heart of jamshedpur, this hotel offers a wide road in front and flawless valet parking. The staff, from the renowned taj group, are prompt, polite, and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast buffet at mynt is excellent, and there's a second multi-cuisine restaurant that serves delicious asian dishes. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel surpasses most options in the sub-10, 000 per night category.

It was wonderful staying here ! gives you partial feel of the taj hospitality. However since it’s a vivanta you can not have the complete taj welcome. This hotel has been renovated from its earlier version and a taj takeover. Breakfast was good and tasty. Buffet could be bigger! all in all apart from ramada jamshedpur has one more option to indulge in good stay and food. For those who want to taste the hospitality do stay and enjoy.
