Customer of make my trip are given poor treatment at hotel. Average room is given with no amenities like tv, tea kettle, rate charged from makemytrip customer is high where as the room is provided at lower rates for direct booking. Had i dropped in directly, i would have enjoyed better service at lower rates. Makemytrip should look into it.
