Terrible Stay

The worst experience, the door sensor was not working, and at the time of breakfast already one staff has asked about my room number and then again another staff came and asked about my room number while i was standing and serving breakfast for me. Uncomfortable situation.

An overall very average stay. Rooms i would rate 8/10 but food is 3/10. The service staff could pull up their socks in badic courtseys specially frontdesk. Restaurant staff is below average is serving as per order.

Our stay in the hotel was quite pleasant, room, bed sheet & bathroom are neat & clean. Room service is also optimum. The food which was served in their restaurant was also tasty the small containt that items for pure booking dinner was limited. Rest everything was as per our requirements.

Strange policy by management

This hotel is management friendly and not people friendly. No extra chair if needed for guest. Food were good. Service was average.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Location - easy to find. Market place nearby approximately at a distance of 1. 5 -2 km. Rooms - spacious and very tastefully done. All amenities are available as committed. Ambience - well maintained and elegantly designed. Amenities - fully functional restaurant and prompt room service. Service - satisfying. Staff was really helpful and courteous. We stayed overnight on our journey to pachmarhi.

This property has always been my choice while visiting jhansi. I tried other premium hotels there but this one is above all. Every room there is lawn facing. You can sit in there lawn and have a tea. Services are good. Food is good. Above all pickup and drop to the railway station is great. What else do you want!

Overall hotel and rooms good but needs basic requirement such as hot water which was not available till 9 am. The tourists normally check out around 9 and no hot water was available. It is not tolerable
