Excellent hotel for stay although i stayed for one night only. Airport pickup was expected as instructed while booking. However, no one came to pick me up. Had to find a cab after a long wait. The restaurant was excellent with supporting staff.

Overall experience good. In room good matress are not there. The floor tiles of the room are broken. Level of complimentary buffet breakfast need to increase in terms of taste, good preparation, quality. Room service is good.

The room, environment and restaurant were well designed. Food was fine, just a bit salty. One thing i didn't like is that there was not hot water to bath in the evening.

Services both at room and restaurant are very poor. At the time of check-in, the staff, who carried our luggage to room, open the zip on of our luggage without asking us to put a water bottle inside it and put the luggage outside the room unzipped and went into the room. When we entered the room the door was closed and he was doing something with the ac remote, as it wasn't working. We told to check with the batteries of the remote and change it. But he simply ignored us, kept on doing what he was doing with the remote. Then we told to leave room and send someone else.

Need to refurbish rooms

Good stay but small things made me give one rating less. Things which need improvements are - mattress springs are loose and mattress was shagging. With two guests 2 towels and two water bottles can be given but only one provided. Edges of bed need to be polished. I injured myself while getting down due to razor sharp edges. Food in in room ding was very good
