I was not provided with pool facing or garden facing rooms, rather there was a kitchen exhaust in the balcony. The smell from the kitchen and the exhaust noise infiltrated the room, making my stay very uncomfortable.

Very nice and comfortable stay, rooms are very spacious and full of amenities. The natural atmosphere adds to experience. Food is nice and morning buffet was well spread. Overall a great experience

Property was very like close to nature. Ful of greenery. Food was very tasty. Specially dosa. Chole bature and pav bhaji. Made by chef rajesh. Staff were very cordial and prompt.

stay was very comfortable. ambience is excellent. every corner of the resort is so beautiful! all the walls are full of paintings and artwork. all the staffs are good . food is good but it could be better. overall it’s a memorable stay♥️.

The rooms were very good and staffs were very supportive. I travel a lot and i can candidly tell this is one of the most beautiful property, i have experienced recently.

Breakfast is complementary and includes almost everything one can want for breakfast. Room is very neat and hygienic. Has a swimming pool n gym which you can enjoy without any cost and also has a spa which is chargeable. The ambience is very calm n cozy and has beautiful sitting areas all over the property. Staff is very polite and they serve delicious meals which can definitely make someone crave for it again and again. The stay was worth every penny and definitely want to visit again.

Hotel is newly buildup in march 2024 so rooms are clean and maintained. But service is horrible, pathetic and not more than a 2* hotel. The staff doesn't even understand basic difference between tea and coffee. Entire staff is doing internship here. No understanding of services specially in restaurant. U need to explain for basic lemon water what is. And within 12 hours they change the portion size of dish. Every premium hotel offers packing of breakfast, despite agreeing 1st they will deny to give because everyone is just doing a training here.

Good property. Room size is good but the view from balcony was horrible and there was no lock in the bathroom from outside, imagine the bathroom was open all day. Staffs are co ooerative and helpful. Taste wise food was good. Restaurant needs better management. Children play area is missing. Pool is well maintained.

Stayed at mayfair for 2nights on a official tour. The property is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed in room ni 230 on the first floor. The rooms is really spacious and all upholstery is in perfect condition but there is a specific problem with this row of rooms. There is a nice balcony but you can not use it as the ac outdoor unit is fixed just o under the balcony and hot air is continuous lblowing, so my idea of having the morning tea at the balcony had to be dropped. Also the mobile connectivity is very poor in the area and even the wi-fi provided by mayfair was not working all times in my room. There is a nice restaurant and a bar also serving good quality food the staff behaviour is very cordial. Except for the balcony issue and wi-fi, it was a nice stay.
