1. House keeping was average. 2. Food at room service and at restaurant was below average. 3. Cleanliness was below average. 4. Air circulation was poor. Some damp smell was coming from bathroom

The facilities were good for the price of the room. Rooms were clean and well kept, had all the required amenities. The service was good and polite. The in-house restaurant was good too but it’s serving time was too much. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

#tables for breakfast were dirty. # hand towel was missing and not provided after two times reminder. # checkout time is too early. # driver not available for vehicle parking.

Stayed in room no 301 and i found an average property, rooms required some renovations, hot water is not coming properly. The washbasin sink is taking a long time to drain. Room service is not up to the mark. Didn't get room clearance even after 2 reminder calls.

Considering me as new traveller the hotel allotted me bigger room but not so up kept and clean, seemed it was unused for long, when i insisted they transferred me to good room. However room interior and upholstery are old not justified the high room tarriff
