Staff was very polite and humble. Whenever i used to call them for a room service or order food they used to provide a quick service. Food served was also of good quality with reasonable rate.

Stayed at hotel shagun during the trip. Rooms were clean, room service was great and staff was courteous. Totally value for money. Very happy with my stay. Recommended accommodation option.

The location of the hotel was good and all the necessary facilities were available. The food served in the room was of good quality and quantity and at a reasonable rate too. Overall a good stay experience.

Hotel does not have own kitchen, even tea cannot be prepared, u get packed foods. Single staff controlling entire hotel. Little far from city, not very well connected to city especially in nights no ro water facility in hotel, u have to buy mineral water each time. Rooms okay, minimal interior work
