we were a group of 11 visited aura by xperience for the first time there were children with us as well , the staff took very much care of us specially children and there food was surprisingly very nice you can literally compare with some 5 star hotel …. big swimming pool, ghod food , very spacious rooms were some highlights. morning safari arranged by hotel was perfect to complete our trip.

No difficulty in finding the location, located near the main road. I opted for the elegant room with private plunge pool amenities were not up to the mark. Lacked basic amenities, tv was not working (they fined it for me later, no wifi coverage (later fixed but still didn't work properly. Ac was not effective enough for such large room. Ac in the reception area and dining area is not working at all. Basic hygeine not maintained in evening high tea area. The only good thing good about the trip was the food. We had buffet dinner and breakfast. All the dishes included in the meals were simply amazing and lipsmackingly deliscious. Thanks to their chef. Their service and amenities do not justify the price they charge.

Terrible Stay

I visited this place on 28th jun e 2024 later in the evening with my wife and 9 year old son. Rooms shown in the picture and in reality are the same but not maintained at all especially the balconies. So think before you book this property. Ac in the rooms are just for name sake, we had a terrible stay at night as ac was just working but not cooling at all. The staff is good but what they can do if management is not supportive. Below average property.

First the resort is situated at a great place very near to dhela gate of jim corbett national park. Cleanliness and hygiene were another few factors due to which i would recommend this resort for stay.

The resort was a big property but it was no where close to a 4 star resort as mentioned. The rooms were really cheap with no interiors and features. I will guv e 1 star to the rooms but the service staff was good and i will give 4 star to them

Room was just ok. Food and services are great. Room was spacious but ambience was not too great. Location wise is good and surrounding is also fine having peace.

My recent stay at hotel aura was truly exceptional. The food, with its homely and tasty appeal, created a comforting experience that surpassed my expectations. The warm hospitality, coupled with a comfortable stay, made it a memorable visit. The evening musical arrangement and delectable snacks added an extra layer of charm to an already delightful stay. I wholeheartedly recommend hotel aura for a welcoming and homely retreat.

Pool was so dirty, my daughter and 2 other kids has skin allergy because of the same. There was no refrigerator in the room, but it was mentioned at the time of boooking. Service was slow, had call twice thrice for everything. No washroom amenities were placed, had to ask for them. It was raining, no umbrellas were available. They should keep one umbrella per room. Only requesting a lot i got 1 umbrella for 4 rooms and 14 people.

While the property is good. Mobile network doesn't work. They staff is unhelpful, they try to overcharge and feed you wrong information regarding to travel. So stay if you wish just do you research and dont ask concierge services from resort.
