It was terrible. I had to checkout as soon as i check-in. Because of this i need to find out another hotel for stay.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly.

We booked this hotel 2 months prior of my tour. After going to the room, it was so dirty and used room. Even geyser was not working and me & mother also got electric shock thrice by touching the water and the water tap. Bathroom was very dirty and room, bed are unusable. We checked in at night so we didn’t get any options in any other hotel and adjusted for one night. Next day early morning we checked out for other Hotel and gave the room to our driver to stay there.

Besides location nothing was in place. The swimming pool was not functional, linen was dirty, accessible kitchenette was missing, torn sofa in the room, already stacked cupboards, dirtiest dining area, remnants of earlier celebrated birthday party in one room. The only good thing is the courteous staff including host and food at short notice. The only attraction for my children was swimming pool which was not operational, so no value for money.

manager don't know how to behave, after confirm booking for 2 days refuse to for 2 days stay and asked for only 1 day stay only, misbehave, i request all the guest not to chose such hotel. He said booking ha tho kay karur arti utaru, whearas i already made the advance payment and there is no cancellation policy after booking.

I booked a hut which is meant for dating only. They put up a wooden cot to sleep on which was very uncomfortable. The shared bathroom was on the first floor. The bathroom condition was pathetic with indian style toilet seat, which was disgusting. On top of all i was asked to vacate the hut on my last day as there was a couple who required the hut for thier date. That was embarrassing. The host was not even helping me move my stuff to the other place and was being very rude.

The hotel has the best artifacts as part of it's interiors. Very hospitable staff and good breakfast. A couple fabulous restaurant places in this property along with a great one just outside in open air

Excellent service great location and away some stay with great experience of heritage and traditional culture ofcourse value of money. Very peaceful although in city but away from hustle- bustle
