The room was in a horrible condition. The linen was not neat, there were cockroaches in the washroom and the sink.

Pathetic room service. Poor food quality. Staff behaviour is pathetic. Cockroaches in the room. Staff does not cooperate. Price of the food is high but quality of the food is very poor. Breakfast is also repetitive

**rating: ★☆☆☆☆** i recently stayed at hotel apex international in jodhpur and was extremely disappointed with my experience. the housekeeping was subpar, with dirty rooms and unkempt areas. during breakfast, we were seated in an unclean restaurant, and the staff treated us as if we were getting a free meal, which was quite unwelcoming. the floor cleaning was inadequate, and the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. additionally, the staff seemed confused and unprofessional, which added to the frustrating experience. i would not recommend this hotel based on my stay..

The rooms are big and spacious, but the overall hygiene level was not good with lot of cockroaches roaming around in the room. When i complained to reception, they sprayed room freshener and it will not come now. But becuase this was room freshener, there was impact on cockroaches. Breakfast was also terrible due to very limited options in the buffet. Fruits looked like they had been murdered. They charge inr 50 for dental kit.

They do not have well kept rooms and not even clean areas not even good and friendly staff. We did not enjoy our stay at all.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions"

Check in done late @9. 15am even they charged early check in rs. 750- for same. The hospitality was very poor, they didn't care about the person who booked and didn't even allow us to stay at least 15 min more than 10 am. They didn't even provide a water bottle in the evening for 1 hour. I somehow managed from outside of hotel. Very poor service. Breakfast was not as per standard

It was worst customer service. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Washrooms were dirty and water clogging problem was there. Room service was unresponsive even after repeated follow ups. The receptionist asked extra cash without providing invoice
