Stay was very good. Rooms were good. Cleanliness is very good. Room space was good. Staff were very cooperative and supportive. Breakfast was good. Taste can improved more.

The hotel is totally vegetarian they don't even serve egg. If it was mentioned on make my trip app while booking, i would have not even considered booking it. The room and staff are good, but food options for non vegetarian is pathetic. In the past you people gave 2 discounts of 2000 which you are not allowing me to use by giving any options

Prepaid payment and refund

I had to leave 1 day before and i asked to adjust, but they are still not ready to refund, is this a mistake that we make prepayment and if we wish to check out early than amt is not refunded

They have the same qualities as any other five star property but the difference is their staff behaviour, food quality & services are superb. I especially had breakfast, each item was delicious. I was surprised how they can have expertise in all (indian, south indian, continental) cuisine. Also they have maintained basic taste of teas and coffees

Worst experience, the hotel staff was untrained, the person at reception was rude, veg food only. Pathetic in taste, at the time of checkout we have waited for an hour for our luggage to be bring from our room but nobody bring that. Finally i went by myself bring the luggage. Do not visit, you will regret!
