They provide us nice room. Room service was excellent. On our request they provide us rajasthan thali free of cost. It was one of mine best decision to stay at this hotel

It wasn't a good experience. Rooms were not upto the mark to the price that i paid. Rooms that's been provided were spacious but no amenities. Channels on dth were not subscribed. Kettle was not provided.

Good stay, location is nearby bus-stand. Well maintained and clean. Food is pure veg and tasty. The staff is also polite and helpful. Cab definitely consider it.

The room was spacious and cosy with good lighting. No issues. In fact, i was surprised to extra separate bed for third person rather than ad- hoc arrangements. However, be careful, property will charge you if you do early check-in though the room is vacant. Many essential things like soap, towel, toilet paper you have to demand! it's unfortunate to see that the bathroom had a lot of mosquitos. So be careful while you get afresh!

Hotel rooms are big. The reception was not enthusiastic. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Overall it is ok type for short stay

The stay at hotel omni plaza was a good experience. They gave us whatever we want like bislery water, preferred rooms we want. Morning breakfast was delicious as well.

Service is average. We had to struggle a lot for getting handwash, getting room lock repaired, clean towels etc. Having said this food was excellent here.

Online. Initially there's question related to mattress but it's part of the basic package at the time of booking however staff supported and it's good. Lighting needs to be changed.
