Decent stay in city limit, with all needed amenities nearby. Staff was very well behaved and helpful. They allowed us to extend beyond the usual checkout time without additional pay

worst hotel of the inwhole trip of rajsthan

This hotel was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. While breakfast was complimentary, it was an absolute disappointment. On the first day, they served idli, and on the second day, they simply fried the leftover idlis and served them again. The room keycard system was another disaster. Although it was supposed to be updated every 24 hours, we had to get it updated every 12 hours. The security was a joke—any staff member could easily access the room because they all have a master keycard. Doesn’t that sound terrifying? The service was painfully inefficient. You’d have to request something at least ten times before getting a response. As for the water bottles, they were resealed and passed off as RO water. If it’s RO water, just be honest and serve it in a kettle or glass bottle, not in reused plastic bottles! And yes, there were cockroaches in the room. No fan was provided, and to top it off, there was a pervasive smell of smoke everywhere. This hotel is an absolute nightmare—terrible service, poor hygiene, and appalling management. Avoid it at all costs!

Poor Stay

The stay was not upto the mark at all. The staff behaviour was weird. Asked for dental kit three times and they provided it after 3 hrs. Even that time also the staff was behaving rudely. I acciddntly booked superier room which was terrible then upgraded.

The property was built good but very poor maintenance maybe the hotel will be closed in an year or two. The bathroom are not at all maintained, the lobby, the lift, the walk ways, the restaurant everything doesn't even match a two star

Terrible Stay

There is no soap in the dispenser, dirty towels and bedsheets. Food is also not good. I do not recommended it to anyone. There is no fan as well in the room and only ac is there.

Location of the property is good as it is on main paota road. Rooms are big but furniture is old. Do not make the mistake of opting their breakfast included plan breakfast there is terrible.
