Good hotel but improve food quality, dinner is ok but not good/breakfast is also not good, hospitality and cleaning is very good

Location is slightly away from city. But the property makes up for the 20 minutes extra travel. Service & food is excellent.

Hotel is nice and away from the hustle of the city. Food options are good along with activities for child’s. Rajasthani speciality restaurant - shola was interesting. Service was good but needs improvement. We struggled to get our extra bed - had to asked multiple times. Hotel has also stay options in the hotel for your driver. Overhaul nice stay and property is beautiful.

It was amazing with good variety of food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Would love to comeback again at this hotel. What about my 1000 discount voucher ?

Property is excellent, hospitality is outstanding, evening music performance at 7 pm was excellent. However location of hotel is very bad and far away from the city. Also road to the hotel was in very bad condition and was being repaired. Better to stay in a hotel in the city.

Welcome by itc is an excellent property to stay. It has a beautiful landscape, garden and quite well maintained. Food is also good though it is a bit expensive. Staff is also professional and courteous. Overall, one can spend a quality time here.

The property was excellent more like a resort with all amenities. The rooms were elegant, nice interior, spacious, soothing colours. Perfect housekeeping and room service. Staff were cordial and responsive. All 3 dining areas were good chinkara, shola and forgot the 3rd name. Wide range in complementary breakfast. Overall it was a comfortable stay. .

I recently stayed at welcome by itc and had a wonderful experience, despite being under the weather during my trip. I want to give a special mention to ash i mathur, who went above and beyond to help me when i needed medicine. She was incredibly attentive and ensured i had everything i needed to feel better. The staff at the hotel were attentive and caring, checking in on me regularly and making my stay as comfortable as possible. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during a challenging time. Overall, i highly recommend welcome by itc for their outstanding service and hospitality. Thank you for making my stay memorable, even while i was unwell!
