We found d royal palm a good break from having lived in more primitive homestays and hostels in majuli. It was good to have a hot water shower again! the food is very good and the rooms well-maintained. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

It was nice staying there. It was a good experience. I would definitely recommend. At a point wifi wasn’t working but the staff took it seriously and they solved the wifi problem.

Room is too good, washroom is too clean, lunch and dinner price is reasonable like small kind of restaurant, receptionist behaviour is too good all staff behaviour is too good but break fast menu not so good, you have to improve and add some new menu in breakfast. 4/5

Food was delicious. Service and f/o staff were professional however h. K were not. . H. K and f. O team took more than 2 hrs just to set the room. They kept me waiting till 2pm untill i yelled at them. Slippers were not provided. Complimentary cookies were not provided. Breakfast buffet could be better if they add healthy options instead of deep fried items.

Poor flushing system and poor door locks. Breakfast served was just 2 pieces of poori for 2 persons. Pathetic.

Being an ex hotel receptionist i found this hotel amazing. The hospitality is awesome. One of the best hotel in jorhat. Will visit next time too. Definitely gonna recommend to my friends and family.

Great rooms. Clean and well maintained. The guy at the reception was very helping. The complimentary breakfast was the best part. And the view from the balcony great. I don't have pictures
