Hotel could not provide me room and had to wait for 25mins, although i reached hotel at 1:25pm and the room was booked 2 days prior. This has also happened before, totally unprofessional behaviour. After checking in the intercom connection was not working had to order room service via mobile call. Room service was terrible, they forgot to serve dinner. When i enquired after 10pm it was served after 20mins. Although dinner order was given on 8. 30pm.

Visited jorhat and stayed in hotel bliss premium room. The room is big, very airy with a balcony. The service is prompt. Food is very tasty.

The stay has been excellent. The rooms are spacious enough with good decor, modern amenities, wifi and above all clean linens. The staff has been very well behaved and are always ready to support.

Hotel is excellent, great interior, neat, clean and hygienic. Staffs are polite and helpful. Restorent also have healthy and tasty food. Location of hotel is easily accessible, there is parking lot, ramp available for wheelchair. Power backup available. Thank you bliss

Water is very bad, not maintaining the cleaning standards at hotel, the elevator is dirty, bad smell throughout the hotel. Water is major concern part. Seems water tank have not cleaned properly.
