Water and glass were not clean when I arrived No towel was provided I asked if they can provide food but they refused. Very bad service.

The hotel lacks basic facilities. There was no room heater. No hot drinking water available. There were cracks in the wall. No power backup. Overall bad experience.
The hotel lacks basic facilities. There was no room heater. We had to ask for towels and hot water. In the morning we asked for hot drinking water at 7 am but they refused and said it wont be possible. The hotel does not have any power backup. The walls are dirty and there were cracks as well. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
