We, 10 senior citizens, booked rooms and got them on 2nd floor. There is no lift and we had luggage as we were on a tour. Rooms were not kept ready and water supply was not good. Not comfortable.

Pleasant enough budget hotel with friendly staff close to the bus stand and the centre of the old town. The non-AC room was clean and just as described.

Rooms of hotel are in pathetic condition. Blankets provided were old dirty, not even washed. Condition of washroom was poor. Cleanliness is not a matter of concern for hotel staff.

Rooms are not so Good. Hotel Anand is average hotel. There is Hot Water available, but long waiting for hot water. Hotel is near to bus stand and near to market place.

The hotel had a very bad smell i wasn't even able to tolerate so we didn't even stop there for more than 5 mins total waste of money, also there is no chance of refund

We didn't get the correct room according to the booking because they have it to the other customer and we were given room in the another hotel which had very bad room quality. I want to complain about this in makemytrip
