Entire staff was very cordial and helpful, and that is the only reason for a *3 star. The areas where the hotel lacks efficiency is cleanliness, hygiene, poor maintenance including electrical and plumbing fixtures. Needs pest control as well because cockroaches were roaming freely in the room. And i am talking about deluxe ac, because that is what i booked and was disappointed with. The staff needs to be praised because they were very genuine and helpful. Minus the good nature d staff, the stay at hotel platinum could have been a dull experience.

Bad experience while stay

Rooms, bedsheets, bathroom hygiene was pathetic. Room service was terrible, person called for service coming after 4 to 5 calls. No room intertelecom available, tv was not working in 1 room. Manager also not cooperative. Lift was failed 2 times during 1 day stay. Facade and amenities were not ok as per photo.

Cost vise of but 1 towel for couple guest is not logic and if this hotel is 3 star then my home must be 7 star. Need to improve some criteria. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Thank you
