great and helpful staff but cleanliness is not upto the mark. the bedsheets were used and had hair stuck of previous guests 😣… toilets are too small, you have to really struggle to get hot water.

The environment and room conditions are good but the hotel have less parking facilities the food they provided is quite average. Other wise good to stay there

Worst hotel experience ever. As we checked inn there is no electricity. No water supply in room. I ask them to fix this issue so they changed our room that new room has same issue more to it intercom is not working. Finally we stop complaining and change hotel very next day

Very late delivering of towel, slipper, no laundry bag no dental kit, poor reception and housekeep service, poor meal - paranoia with achaar(at least dahi was expected, no tv was working

Amazing hospitality, great food at restaurant rangal, the gujarati thali is a must try. Great service and highly recommended for the stay.

Infrastructure and ambience were ok. Breakfast was included but we were not informed about the renovation of their restaurant while booking. Hence they refunded only rs. 300 (100 per person.

Booked this hotel using mmt. The location is good and easily accessible. The hotel is not justifying a 3 star rating from any angle. Maybe luxury suits deserve it but cost has also needed to be considered. Rooms are average like a 2 star hotel. Not well finished not bad. Only plus point is they were quiet large. In house kitchen is not working 24hr. You will get milk for your child only after 8. 30 regarding food, i'll say avoid here having dinner. We had worst food ever since we are in gujarat. We ordered plain rice and dal fry. Hardly we were able to eat. Tea was good on next day. I can give 2 or 3 star but i am giving only 1 star because of price i paid. With this experience 2500 would be much costly for one night. Lot of scope to improvement for hotel and for customer: we don't have much options left than this or get ready to pay more

There is no food options available in hotel no hot water either, it takes 20 mins for the hot water to start no toiletries are provided the hotel claims to have 24* hour services but don't the hotel cafeteria shuts down at 2 doesn't open till 5. 30 fridge in the room doesn't work shower is broken

Dear team, the experience more than worst. We have observed below experience, 1. There is lot of miss communication about morning breakfast. Earlier reception has informed it is complimentary and after that they told us it is on paid basis. 2. Every time when we are asking any service manager kept saying you have booked online and denied the services. 3. No pest control in room as ants are crawling in room no. 204. When we are calling continuously the person has came at 1:00 am. 4. Hygiene and cleaning not maintained in rooms as washrooms are chocked up) 5. Staff is behaving arrogantly and consuming tobacco regular y during service. 6. As per terms of booking check out time is 11:00 am but hotel is forcing us to leave at 10:00 am 7. Hotel have denied for dinner even if we have ordered within specific time lines. 8. Room cleaning service not at all provided within two days of stay. 9. In room no. 210 washroom door were locking from outside. Every time we need to call colleagues to open the door. Water is chocked up. Is it 3 star. Ac outlet in bathroom feeling directly while taking bath. Food timming. Check out time forced for 10 am
