I did not stay in upendra residency as they rejected my stay by stating they were booked. That was a bad experience however your customer executive helped me book another room instantly

Please don't go this hotel upendra because receptionist not responding properly and check out time and check in time not adjusting customer wants very irresponsible hotel manager

They didnt even open the shutter at night 12 00 o clock making me stand outside in heavy rain asking me that our owner didnt mention about any bookings with very disrespectful manner.
