Nearest to the rt c complex. Very pleasant environment. The room is very clean. But food is not available in the residential you have to order or bring from outside. Even have a place for car parking. Maintenance and ambiance around the residency is also very nice

The hotel was not at all clean. The bedsheets were dirty and not changed even though we requested them a lot. There are rats roaming in the balcony of the hotel. Bathrooms are not maintained properly. We dont recommend this hotel at all.

Worst experience ever water not draining properly in washrooms, rats are roaming in rooms, cigarette pieces are thrown in steps, full of mosquitos. Not at all suitable for family. This is what i experienced.

GK Residency is the on of the worst hotel. They having lot of issues in this property. 1. Hot water not working. After I waited 4hrs also they informed the same to me having issue. 2. ⁠bed is not hygienic. And it’s too hard . 3. ⁠looks like cheap hotel 4. ⁠only having tube light in the room and even not having dim lights 5. ⁠landline connection not working

Overall my experience is not so good in this hotel. Bed was not hygrine, and bed is so hard not even having proper matters. And washroom was totally mess.

GK Residence is not as per standard. all the hotels don't have their restaurants. out side food parcel. even they don't provide plates or dishes. Here we had to change the room. there is no light in the bathroom no bucket, we brought it to the notice of the manager one and half hour spent in doing these things. Hence we could not reach in time to visit Glass Bridge in KAKINADA.
