Door lock was not working properly, there is no bucket and mug in bathroom for bathing, room was cleaned but bad smell was coming inside the room

The rooms are clean & well maintained. Ac and hot water are available round the clock. Ambience of reception and lobby are very good. The complimentary breakfast served are not up to the mark and they are disappointing. As far as stay in the hotel it is worth for the money we pay
