Although location and the overall property is good but not value for money. They charge for a super deluxe room and then services are not upto the mark. For example, no hair dryers available, there are shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathroom but there are no lables on them (you have to use your senses to identify them, no buffet breakfast option (you have to place order from their menu which takes lot of time to be served. Rooms are fine and clean.

On arrival, front desk call someone about the room, but the room was not ready so they asked us to wait for sometime. I have booked classic delux room, but in a hurry they have given us the normal room where in there were no hygeine and even the room is very stinky.. Actual hotel is totally diffrent. hotel room was average This is why we have checked out in 3 4 hour only. Seriously hotel calssic residency is not like the 4 star property.

Terrible cleanliness. Forced to book another room despite booking a room for 3. It’s on you as well makemytrip. Do not take bookings if you can’t do quality check and service assurance. Extremely disappointing.

Hotel is excellent, neat and clean room hotel staff is so courteous. Food amazing. Amenities wonderful. Swimming pool is also very fine. Parking facility is excellent.

Hopitality of the property is not at all good. Receptionist was very rude and told us every-time to take water bottle yourself, bring keys to reception.

Property was good! but services were pathetic. Some staff members were not really polite or friendly i must say! food was not at all good. Buffet options if compared to the price was not worth. Amenities as per mentioned here were not provided in the room & washroom.

The property was good and so was the stay. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Rooms were clean and maintained. Only thing that needs improvement is the food spread during breakfast and dinner. They have very few items in buffet.

Location of the hotel is near from kalka station. This hotel is good to stay when you take on the toy train from kalka. Done.

It was a very good experience in a hotel as the suite was very good and had every required thing. It is near kalka station. Dinner was delicious. Although morning breakfast tastes can be improved and info of swimming pool timings should have been provided to so that they can utilise it

We stayed for 1 night, ambience gud, parking space gud, gud swimming pool, room service gud, but rooms are average, basic type, sofa cum bed provided was too small to fit one person, bathroom just ok, we ordered buffet, food was ok, pane-er and mix veg gud but chicken and dal stale, not gud.
