Stayed for 3 nights. The room was average in size, and other amenities like bed & tv could have been better. However, the staff was good and cooperative. The food at the breakfast spread was average. Quality was good. The restaurant on the second floor was good. The food was tasty. The location is good, on the main road, easily accessible.

Basic room, constant flashing light at night from the sealing couldnt sleep, fire spray, corridor smells, this is my stay for 3rd time first 2 were, good but last oke was not such a good experience. Had 5 big bags had drag them myself with no one at the door to help

Mattress is not at comfortable, there were 2 mattress on the same bed which were slipping, rest facilities were good.

Property is excellent looking at the pics in makemytrip website it is far more better than what is shown. Food is ordered by nearby restaurant and quantity is good. Overall a great property to stay

I checked in on 10th september 1. 45 pm and checked out at 3 am on 11th. I forgot my protein and one 300ml glass. I am continually calling and they are not giving proper solution. I am 100% sure both the items left by mistake in the room no. 512

The property is conveniently located on the main road. The room was neat, clean, and spacious. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including south indian, north indian, and continental dishes. There's also a vegetarian restaurant within the hotel, and the food was excellent. The front desk staff were courteous, and room service responded within five minutes to our requests.

It is good to see such good hotels in kalyan. Hassle free checkin. Rooms are good and equipped with coffee and tea maker. Beds and linens were neat and clean. Only thing is, you may have to order dinner / lunch from a restaurant ( prasad food divine ) which is at the second floor of the hotel and pay on delivery. Breakfast is provided by the hotel. Make sure that you don’t forget to collect your breakfast coupons while choking in to the hotel. Taste and quality of breakfast served is ok ok.

The rooms are good just lack some cleaning aspects, room service is also good just they don't have an in-house restaurant, whatever you need you need to order from delivery, location is great, have good food joints nearby need to increase the breakfast quality and options available

Property is well maintained. Housekeeping is good. Location is fine. But they dont have in house catering services. Needs many more upgradations as this is new property.

Location: great food: they don't have kitchen, but provide room service from nearby hotels. Buffet breakfast is so so. Amenities: ok, servics: quite professional and prompt. All staff are well trained and very supportive and well behaved. The hotel is well maintained and nest&clean. Overall experience: this hotel seems to be the best hotel of kalyan. So, you have very little option.

Gurudev grand was really a grand hotel for stay in main location. Staffs were very good, hospitality. I stayed for 2 days. Was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
