Rooms were not clean. No staff at reception when required. Intercom is not getting picked. Staff at reception was cooperative.

The ambiance was not good. Very poor maintenance with foul smell. Mmt also took rs. 1144 instead of rs. 977 which is the price of the room. Not happy with hotel and mm t

Pathetic place to stay. No tv connection in rooms. No provision of water and no changing of bedsheets and all. The bathroom flush was not working properly. If you ask for early check-in or late check-out they are going to charge you for the next day, that too on a higher rates than what you have paid or what is displayed at their hotel. No kitchen facility to cater for foods. Not worth a penny.

Best option in payyannur. While others charge almost same rate for non ac room, aura is giving better rooms with air conditioning. The location marked in google is wrong. But can be accessed more conveniently.

The hotel is well cleaned and well maintained but behavior of the staff there alone is not good
