Path-ethic rooms, washroom was not clean bedsheet was so dirty, mosquitos in the room curtains was so dirty its just like local dormatory

My stay in this hotel is really a nice experience. Staff are very much cooperative. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends. Done.

I have very bad experience at the hotel. 1. First of all, on my reaching at reception, the person told us that no booking from me. I have booked deluxe room of 150 sqft, but hotel allotted me nearly 110 sq-ft room. 5. In room, no blanket cover, the blanket is used ant clean. 6. They have not provide me mineral water, which have mentioned in booking. 7. I have booked dinner on 21/5/2024 the premium deluxe thali of rs. 320- but they have provided small quantity of meal even basis sukh rice fried with jira, but in list of items it was mentioned mat-tar polaw, in short i can mention as rotten rice. I have complained to reception, they told me that roti are fresh sir. 8. Cam-mod flux was not working.
