Poor Stay

They allotted us a room then for no any reason after 5 minutes the disturbed us saying that they allotted us wrong room we shifted to new room then after about 30 minutes they called on my mobile and said that thet again alloted us wrong room basically said that we are allotted executive room in place of deluxe room we booked so either change the room or give us ₹500 extra Really pathetic

Room was not ready and was not worth this money. It was not even properly painted, washrooms and water taps not working properly.

I haven't stayed in such worst hotel at least on mmt. The staff is so rude, they had given us the room without geyser in this shivering weather and also the room was not ready when we have reached. Never visit this property
