Staff good, polite and helpful. When we found hot water not coming they changed the room with better one. Food is good. Near railway station. Good connectivity - rate is slightly higher.

Poor light in bathroom, slippery floor in bathroom, rooms flooring not cleaned properly dirty edges, - staff good and courteous. Food ok. Location ok - 1km away from railway station and near the market. Only issue not worth the money

Good location in centre of city, good food but all mentioned in menu was not available, hygeine & safety standards also good but very few tv channels available to view.

Parking was available only for four cars that also not of guests. I had to park my car on road unsequired. Rooms were pathetic although the staff was very cooperative. As per booking had booked for two presidential rooms but got only one with other a standard room without window. No acaustic in rooms. Wifi was not working throughout the stay. The location of hotel is also in a pathetic dirty location like paharganj, chandni chowk of delhi
