The check-in process was smooth but the room provided had broken switchboards and taps. Hot water was not available. There was only one towel between two guests. Housekeeping was extremely slow in services but two good things about the hotel: complimentary breakfast and location of the hotel.

Poor experience from the hotel 1)no parking space available for parking in the hotel, i had to park my vehicle on road which is risky 2) breakfast not available before 8:30 am while nothing was mentioned at hotel tnc during booking 3)i had a booking of room with breakfast if i would had known this timing i had a choice to book only room without breakfast, this is completely wrong 4)the store staff was saying this is a vegetarian hotel and they refused to provide egg, omellete while in the food menu it was clearly mentioned as omellete was available 5)kitchen and reception staff was found rigid as he was not able to provide any resolution on the contrary asked you may come or not in future it is upto you. He provided the 2 nos of hotel manager but no. Was switch off and on second number no one picked the call or even didn't call back This is really a remarkable experience i had to face from the hotel regarding the service and behaviour part which shows of you don't care for customers and hide the facts before booking.

Newly renovated pleasant ambience. Near by cnb with cost effective very good stay. Manager nilesh yadav & mr manoj are polite and co-operative persons. Brakfast also good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in kanpur and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to access both business hubs and popular attractions around the city. Despite being in a busy area, the property maintained a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of work or sightseeing. The room was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and i appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The bathroom was modern and stocked with essential toiletries, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel’s staff was friendly and professional, always eager to assist with any requests or questions i had. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would definitely recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!

The hotel location was excellent, the room was very good, the staff behaviour was more than average and the breakfast was good. The only thing i gave 4 numbers is the check-in experience, it took 45 minutes to get check in. Thank you
