They had no arrangements in place there was no water bottle there was no tea coffee kettel and neither sachets of anything there was no phone for calling receotion or room service, phone was there no wire there were mosquitos there was no hot water. They had geyser but not working. No images were clicked. I we were so upset, we had my old mother with us. She could not sleep well

I had a pleasant stay at hotel bhagyaraj palace. The staff was courteous and attentive, and they ensured that all my needs were met during the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. However, i feel that the dining options could have been better with more variety in the menu. Overall, i had a good experience and would recommend this hotel for those visiting kanpur. Rating: 4/5

Great times! the room was excellent for the price! clean and complete when we arrived. Every meal we had was amazing. The staff has been very helpful and extremely polite. Really easy and comfortable check in! just stayed at the bhagyaraj palace and wished i would’ve booked here instead! next time!

The staff was so humble and helpful which was the best part of our stay. Talking about the food its was worth the money, they also have bar within the hotel premises. Also the rooms was well clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family during there visit to kanpur.

The overall experience during the stay was good. However, few areas for improvement for the hotel to consider. The washroom geyser was not working. The slope or drainage system of the washroom was not proper, leading to stagnant water.

The stay was not good. It was terrible. We had to struggle for every single thing. 1. There was issues related to the curtains. The complete curtain along with the rod fell down. 2. Geyser was not working. Had to call reception lot of times to fix it. 3. Receptionist was really rude and the room service was very very poor. It took lot of time for each and every complaint and it seemed they are very irresponsible.

None of the gadgets work properly, like water heaters or phones in room and staff, specially at reception is very arrogant and does not care to respond politely, i think maximum staff is under trained and not paid well. Its only bucase of marriage season rush that they have bookings otherwise i would avoid such hotel,
