Hotel should do business in a better way. They shifted me to another hotel because they had no room even though I had booked the room on line.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For the past 2 years that I am using Makemytrip to book hotels and this is, indeed, the worst one. I am writing this review, still sitting in the hotel, early in the morning after a sleepless night. I checked in on Feb 28 evening and the reception is a drab. The guy at the counter had no clue that I have a confirmed booking! After sorting out the check-in problem, I was led to the room on the 3rd floor, in a rickety lift. The room door did not open as it was jammed. After forcing my way in, I discovered that the A/C does not work. After 3 hours of repeated reminders, finally someone attended to this and the A/C started working. The nightmare started when A/C started, there was some sort of horrible smell permeating through the room. So, I switched off the A/C. The linen on the bed was dirty, with hair and stains all over. Had to yell at housekeeping to change the linen. The toilet had no toilet paper or health faucet..just a mug!!

Even though promised to pick at airport, anyone didnÂ’t come there at Kanpur Airport for one hour. Finlay reached the hotel by auto.

I'm Not happy with the room service. Intercome is not working, while we booked 3 adult stay, they provide only 1 towel. Kitchen service is a very time taking process. AC is also not in working condition.

Location of hotel is good and this is the only good thing of this hotel. Cleanliness of room is worst, washroom is not properly clean. Service is very slow, quality of food is not good. Overall this is not value for money.

The hotel is located within 1 km of Z Square mall. The rooms are good but furniture needs refurbishing. The management is very good and the food service is also very quick. The meals get delivered to the rooms and they are well prepared. You even get a complimentary pick up from the airport/railway station. You should actually watch out for the cab guy as he is demanding at times. It was a good stay on a whole and I would recommend all those who are going to Kanpur for an official trip. It may not be a very appealing hotel to those who come to this city for tourism. You will not get those view rooms, etc, but then this city is not meant for tourism!!

Excellent everything. All over I will give it 4. 8 star out of five ... Nearby z square mall ... That is good and market started from the frunt of hotel. And services awesm ... Main point is that cheap price good services .. And room.

The hotel was average with food being also average and mosquito was in abundant. The food was a bit too oily inspire being instructed to not cook in too much of oil. Overall not so good experience of stay.

Services of hotel s very excellent love to visit again. Staff is very cooperative and rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Breakfast served in morning was awesome. Really enjoyed my stay. And I would suggest this hotels to others for nice and comfortable stay.

Pick-up facility was really good(call once and good response from staff) but I didn't took Location was perfect, room service also okay, staff was gentle but facilities like reconditioning was not okay

The room size is good. But cleanliness has to be improved. The room service and food is also good. Good for staying with family for couple of days, but not more than that. Location is good for site seeing as well. Pick up facility from railway station is a good service by the hotel.

Centrally located in heart of city, clean & good room service. EDC machince available. On time pick up from railway station & but no drop facilities. Need to add drop facilties also to make pleasant stay
