Rooms were neat and clean with all required facilities. Room service was a bit slow. Meet expectation. Ample options available for breakfast and all were delicious and tasty. The location of the property is good and easily accessible.

Staff at reception was terrible, rude and highly unprofessional. Room was good but staff at lounge and reception was terrible and unprofessional.

The room was good, except it had stains on some sheets which depicted it was very old even though it was clean. The cost is way too pricey compared to what was offered. Till 11 you'll hear loud music from the sky lounge.

Avoid if you want to have quite night sleep.

They have sky lounge on 3 ed floor but its is extremely noisy and they start at 8 pm and play non stop till mid night or even longer, not suggested for any kind of traveller if you like to have quite night, however good customer service and good dining options.

It was a great stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It's safe and secure to have a stay at the mvr grand. It's veer easy to locate the hotel on google map. I visited kanpur for the very first time and found the location of the hotel was good. The provided me with the best amenities and services. The quality of food was too good. I ordered food form there opal restaurant. And the food was amazing. Overall i had a hassle free and great stay at this property. I highly recommend it.
