The hotel stay was good and such price located at the centre of kanpur close to mall and main market but the night staff was so a messy person who made my stay pathetic he was yelling me that why are you extending stay, it was like i was staying in free he was yelling me all the night and said me to checkout because of i was extending my stay which made me very think and made my destroyed my mood i was really feeling very bad with his gesture and the way he behaved very bad night staff people

The hotel was good but at such amazing price i extended my stay because of my work but suddenly i found that night shift guy was yelling on me in such way that i was staying there in free he don't have etiquettes to talk in good manner though my stay was going good but he totally mess my mood and said me to check out which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate to me the way he said so i checked out my self were i cancel-led my last stay due to such inappropriate way of speaking and yelling on me

Hotel management is making difference between offline and online customer rooms are allocated accordingly and online booking rooms are very badly conditions.

Dirty and unclean toilets. Bed sheets and linens are decades old no soaps or towels in bathroom terrible stay.

They changed their own hotel rate. They said we don't have any type to contract regarding hotel booking and also said that u can also file against mmt. I request u to kindly look into matter sot-hat no one cheated again.

Fan was not working. Bed was of extreme poor quality. Dressing table was broken. Being a wizard member i expected a better service. I stayed in 201 room no. Very poor room and bed quality and infrastructure

First when we enter one worker asked for tip we gave him 100 thn after when we left the hotel they said you have to pay 600 as my hotel pant was 900 bit i have to give 600 more only for brkfst that we took n 150 for tip. They asking unnecessary money. As we-tipped before

Washrooms are very dirty.

Room space is not as shown in the pictures. Balcony rooms just have glass windows that cannot be opened and covered with ac outer unit. Staff is manner less and room service is also very bad.
