While hotel amineties and rooms were as expected. There was constant construction noise coming from within the hotel till 3 am possibly from renovation activities.

Firstly the hotel rooms were very compact, the wifi connectivity was poor across the property due to which i could not run the television as well as my phone. Despite complaining this to the hotel staff several times, nothing could happen and we had to stay with the same challange.

The hotel stay was excellent, the morning breakfast is very suitable for us in the hotel. Everything is good but the checkout time is horrible for us, the billing delay and no one carry our bags in the car.

I recently checked into my room and requested the manager to send someone to clean the washroom after i took a shower. To my shock, the room cleaner entered the room with an access key without knocking or ringing the doorbell. This poses a significant safety risk, especially for female guests staying alone. I hope the hotel staff will receive proper training following this review.

हम दिल्ली से चलकर कानपुर पहुंचे, गर्मी बहुत थी मगर रोजवुड पहुंचते ही स्टाफ के वैलकम से अच्छा लगा और कमरे में पहुंचते ही गर्मी भी खतम । कुछ स्नैक्स आर्डर किये जिसने रात का मजा दुगना कर दिया उसके बाद स्वादिष्ट भोजन, *वाह* होटल ने अगले दिन अच्छा नाश्ता सर्व किया, रेस्टोरेंट कैप्टन गरिमा और हैल्पिंग स्टाफ खुश होकर सेवा कर रहे थे जितने पैसे खर्च किए उसका अच्छी सेवा प्राप्त हुई

Good rooms good service cost of food is very expensive which is what is charged in 5 star properties and this is not a 5 star hotel
