I was allowed to check in early. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location is great. Overall, i had a good experience.

2. The room was very dirty, there was a lot of hair lying around and dust and the pillows were dirty with blood. I had told the staff but the intercom phone was also not working and a dirty towel was given and there was no bathing soap or toothpaste either.

Room was fine but washroom was not good. Lots of disturbance in the night with noise by staffs due to arrival of new guests. Couldn't have proper sleep. Food was average but quantity was less with pricing structure

Very poor housekeeping in the room. Rooms are in a bad shape. Cleaniness in the room is hope less. Poor service. This hotel can be rated as 1 or 2 stars only.

A slightly old hotel with it's heart in the right place. It was close to where we wanted to go in kanpur, so the location suited us. Food seemed a little pricey on the menu so we didn't order. The gentlemen at the reception were polite and courteous. They actually billed us for breakfast when it was included in the room charges, but then wrote it off when we told them that the daily limit was not informed to us. Room is good for 2 people but could feel cramped for 3. Also there were some stains on the sheets and wifi was erratic. But the people were very willing to serve whatever we ask of them (cleaning, provide mats, remotes, etc)
