The resort was good. Location too but if you want to get ready for any event, sorry the lights were not proper. Rest food and hospitality was good

Room was not prepared properly and missing basic items like dental kits, room slippers. Blankets given were dirty and had red stains. Ac was unclean and did not run. Dirt was present under the bed and table. Pathetic and poor condition rooms were arranged, booked at very expensive rates from mmt. Not satisfied and will not be booking again in future using mmt.

“i stayed at a hotel in kanpur known for its event and marriage management services. Unfortunately, i faced issues with incorrect billing, as additional food charges were added to my room. This was quite disappointing and impacted my overall experience. I urge the management to address such billing errors to improve customer satisfaction. ”

Despite our booking, we were provided with 2 single beds. The gm - v k singh - seemed to be so engrossed with an ongoing party that he refused to attend to my problem. Very unfriendly and irresponsible behaviour regarding the booking. The location of the hotel is such that ola, ubers refuse all bookings made fm the hotel premises.

The food was good. But the ways they have managed there washrooms is highly unhygienic and unsanitary. Very bad smell even after housekeeping cleaned it. And also it was totally yellow. There support staff is good but reception managers are not proactive with there response. There wifi was not at all functional they should remove it from there amenities as they are in a cantt area there reception is bad but more importantly there wifi reach is also not very good in all rooms, i missed my meetings because of this.

Nice stay in kanpur definitely recommended for family stays

amazing property with decent spacious rooms, excellent staff and service with vibing bar lounge and beautiful banquet hall like a palace.. this property was way too good in every way. just they need to enhance the food quality and variety. it was good but can be more better. thanks for amazing stay kingston ❤️❤️

I had a very good experience staying in kingston resort with my family. Staff and personnel were very well behaved and very helpful. Safety and security is also good.

These people are selling everything at a rate above the mrp. For example, the mrp of mineral water was 20 rupees. They charge me 32 rupees secondly, the complimentary tea and coffee pouches they have charged 160 rupees in every need they find to ways for illegal earning like selling things above mrp etc and when i asked them so they told me that this is resort charges
