My room's phone was not working. I asked at reception to send an electrician but they didn't send. In the morning there was no hot water. Food and amenities are good but services are poor

Very good ambience and very empathic staff. Talking about food, one of the finest cuisine they have and superb in taste. Please don't miss out on food at thier restaurants, very authentic food they serve.

Room was smelly, and to much mosquitos in room. Have complained with no response from desk. Location is good property is good. Avoid during marriage season as it is generally used as banquet hall

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hospitality was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The food was delicious with a variety of options that exceeded our expectations, and everything was prepared to perfection. Booked garden suite & they provided a tiny room without work table or chair. Stayed for 2 nights, they entered the room second morning while i was out but no one cared to clean the room or change the towels. Not even kept a fresh water bottle, coffee powed & clean coffee cup for next day. Ordered italian grilled fish from the menu, they called back thrice during next one hour to confirm what is grilled fish, ultimately provided a fish tikka.

I am writing to share my recent experience during my two-day stay at this hotel, particularly regarding the room service and overall accommodations. Unfortunately, i encountered several issues that i believe need your attention: 1. Basic item replenishment: i had to make over ten calls to receive a simple bottle of water. Additionally, essential bathroom items such as soap and toilet paper were not consistently replenished. 2. Dining experience: when i visited the restaurant, i was informed that no dinner was allocated for my room. After contacting the reception, i was advised that food would be delivered to my room. However, i was disappointed to note that the non-veg dish menu will be limited, just one item with roti, with no options for rice or salad. On the second day, i requested a smaller portion of chicken in exchange for some rice and salad, but this request was agreed with lot of arguments. 3. Missing tea kit: while water and bathroom items were replenished on the second day, the tea kit was not provided despite my several requests, leaving me without coffee or tea to start my day. 4. Room condition: the room had an unpleasant odor, particularly emanating from the bathroom, which affected my overall comfort. 5. Lighting issues: i noticed inadequate lighting around the mirror in both the room and the bathroom, and there was no wall-mounted shaving mirror available. Additionally, i sought assistance for my back pain and requested contact information for a massage service. Unfortunately, the response i received was dismissive and unhelpful, which i found quite disheartening
