the hotel was not properly cleaned cigarette 🚬 smell in the entire room the floor was dirty not a good experience with it. ok

This hotel is not good. In bathroom there are many cockroaches. Bed sheet has been bugs. Staff is rude. For early check-in they charge extra

The washroom is not clean. No towel no shampoo no soap. The room is nice but it's not maintained. Cleanlines is the main concern. No drinking water given to me

1) bed pillow sheet were dirty, not changed. 2) no dusting, cleaning of floors, furnitures and toilets. 3) smoking done by staff in the rooms just before check-in hence bad smell through out the saty.
