There was no buffet in the breakfast. It should be mentioned while booking why to pay breakfast charges when you don't have buffet. Just to select from 3-4 options. 5

Basic amenities like towels not at all clean and old. Linen smelly and spots. Food is ok. Overall experience is not good.

Decent stay

The rooms are okay and the food is also good. The service is a bit shabby though. The phones are not working half the time and it takes time for placing any room service order. The air conditioner swing panels were broken so the cold air blast couldn't be redirected anywhere else then the bed. Overall ok.

It was a wonderful experience, right from staff behaviour to rooms allocation and room interior, everything was nice and comfortable. Separate wardrobe and everything was sanitated. Hygiene was maintained in food. Electrical appliances were running perfectly too. Overall it was a nice experience. The services were pretty fast right from room services to food services.

Hotel experience was not good and rooms are not upto date as per mm t pics. Breakfast service was bery poor and bery delay. It was taken approx 1 hour to serve. Ac was about to dead. Batroom flush and washbasin tap was not working.

Noisy hotel

The hotel is very noisy when there is a party going on in the hall. I was not able to properly sleep at night. I was given another room for nights sleep by the stuff. Next to my room was also always noise as the room for the cleaning stuff was attached to it and i always heard their tv and noise. I was woken up by a very noisy azan at around 5am in the morning. Cleaniness was ok, however the ac was smelling. Food was ok. Hot shower. Facility itself is nice and the stuff coorperative. However, some stuff member seem to laugh about my complain. I payed approx. 1000 rupees for the laundry service normally i pay approx 300-400 for it. This was ridiculous. Due to my expectation of a calm hotel, i was not satisfied with my stay. I changed the hotel due to this reason.

Good ambience and cleaning but staff is somewhat money oriented

Food taste is great even the cleaning and hygiene is good but the tap in the washroom is not working properly, is gushes water all of sudden. Secondly which is more important for the customer that staff is money-oriented as we have booked 2 rooms which are having double occupancy means 4person max can be accommodated in the 2 rooms without any issue still they want money basis on the no of the person as we are only 3 persons and hotel staff quoted that 2 rooms are booked for 2 persons only. So here customer dissatifaction is mostly due to their money orientation only instead of serving customer.

Average hotel, overpriced.

This is an average hotel. All amenities are as we got in average hotel. They are charging very high prices. Hotel was complete empty and they charged 1000 rs for 4 hours early check in. Not to stay further more here.
