Hotel was good but their room service from restaurant will take one hour to serve you, restaurants give high priority to serve first to north indians when u dine at their restaurant unless they noted u as south person. They wont ever bother that customer is paying huge amount to stay in this hotel.

The stay was absolutely bad and the staff is not honest and courteous. I had booked a deluxe room for stay but they have provided a executive room which is a downgrade without informing me although rooms are available and the property is empty. They are not willing to refund the difference amount.

Location of hotel is 2 km from kantabanji. Beautiful interior and exteriors with swimming pool facility. Cleanliness well maintained, staffs are well behaved and supportive. Food quality is good and tasty. Everything is fine except the menu as there is no nonveg option. Price is cheap also
