The room was very nice spacious. They also provided the toiletries. It was near to the attractions.

Terrible Stay

We did not stay at hotel skyark at all. We landed and found out that there was a political event and hence entire city was shut and no activity could be done. No place to eat also. Hence we decided to not stay there and leave immediately. The political event was out of our control and we had booked a month early. Tried mentioning this to the hotel folks and asked for any possible partial refund since we did not even stay for 1 day also. But sadly we have not got any response from them yet. If we go back to kanyakumari we definitely would not stay here or book here again.

Good experience! the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Location is 1. 5 kms aways from the tourist spots like beach, memorial etc.

The rooms were good but lack of standard as per price they charged. Only pros i could find was the location. Cons are as below. 1. There was non exhaust in washroom 2. No restaurant 3. No proper doormat 4. Shower doesnt work 5. Light in bathroom doesnt work 6. No electric kettle 7. Ac vent broken. 8. Unhygienic blanket with no cover, had hairs all around. 9. No body came for room cleaning. Had to ask the housekeeping staff repeatedly to clean the room. 10. All the dirt from the corridor easily gets in the room even if the door is closed. 11. Dirty water jug in room. 12. Torn towel and bedsheet. Over all a pathetic experience.

Very responsive staff. They were ready to host us even when we reached past midnight. We booked 3 bed room, room was very neat and clean.

Contrary to their advertisement where they indicate that booking through them is cheaper than most, i know that my hotel was charged more than twice where a room going around in the same hotel for rs 2800 was charged around rs. 6400 to me. A lot of the amenities mentioned like hair dryer, iron board etc were not available. Tv was only app where you needed your own subscription. No one to lift your luggages. A standard room where lizards and some insects shared space with you. More than the hotel the experience with over makemytrip who i trusted with for all my trip bookings including bus has been utterly disappointing.

It was a good hotel. We got a deluxe family room which was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults & 1 child. We only needed one extra bed. Room interior was really nice. Only drawback is the property is little far from vivekananda rock memorial.

Room was below average, not tidy. It was not worth the price. Bedsheet was not clean, no breakfast available.

The good part: nice clean spacious room with decent sized balcony. Welcoming and attentive staff. Not-so-good part: bare shell accommodation with not even a hot water kettle, tea / cofee or food available in room. Little away from the beach and other tourist attractions like ferry boat pier.

Very poor stay. When idoingcheck in formality at that time, one couple complained about their door lock not working. On that desk person directly replied that he is busy. The room is very small compared to the charges. The room phone is not working. When i complained, then the person replied that the person was not coming for repair, so you use the phone of your other room. Hot water available for limited time. One room having an extra mattress, which is agreed by the before arrival. But denied them after check-in and asked for extra charges. The bedsheet is in bad condition. So overall, the hotel is overcharged as per room as well as staff behavior needs to improve. I suggest do proper enquiry before the stay.

The receptionist was very well behaved, rooms were clean and tidy. Except few things like hot water had timings only in the morning.

Mr birla xavier patiently waited for us to check-in late at night and welcomed us with a warm smile and checked us into a clean and nice room. The staff was helpful in answering our queries about the town and transport in the city. Thanks to the professional team of sky-ark hotel!

Ac blankets and towels are dirty and very old. Ac was not working and after 2 hrs they changed room and that was not a family deluxe room which i booked and shown in photos. And they paid for a mineral water bottle also. Very bad experience overall.
