This is overpriced stay. It's a new building still under construction, only half part is completed. No lift is available, there is big hole left for lift with no barricades so dangerous for kids. Not maintained well. Bathroom is not good, water stopped in the morning and i had to go down to inform them as the intercom was not available. Complementary breakfast is just ok. For lunch and dinner you may have to travel 12kms as no nearby resturants available.

Very good ambience and good accessibility. Very clean rooms and supportive staff. Authentic tamil break fast. The property is being renovated that kills ethnic touch of the ancient building.

The information given were misleading. There was lack of basic amenities too. There’s no cupboard. No toiletries. Forget the kettle but we were not even given mineral water just a bottle of normal water that they claimed were poured from a mineral water bottle

Stay was good. The staffs were friendly. We had a nice experience there. If you want food then just inform them prior, they will make food for you (veg/non veg. The breakfast and serving was good. Also we are allowed to bring/order outside food there (veg/non veg. Overall nice experience.

It is very short stay one night only. Rooms are good but food was not available late evening. If it is arranged it will be convenient

Nice heritage mansion for an short stay. Felt like staying in ancestral house. Neat room. Homely food. Mr. Nagaraj was a good host. Bathrooms were average. One suggestion is to use floor towels instead of floor mat to improve overall hygiene as the mat was dirty. The very serious looking old security was arrogantly asking us to keep the chappals at the entrance and go inside the hotel barefooted which was a very bad experience. It turned out to be very horrible as the floor inside were not very clean. This guy lacked professionalism and was treating the guests like as if they are entering a place for free stay. Barring these two suggestions everything is fine

Property was very fantastic. Good heritage style. Manager nagaraj gave fantastic service and care. Food taste good. They charge dinner 400 rs per head. Served idiyappam & chapathi chicken. Very high. Far away from karaikudi city.

No tv, no restaurant inside we need to get food from outside. Swiggy works well in this place. It's an modified heritage building. Ambience is good. Staffs are good.

Location of property is good, can reach easily from high way, sign board is placed at turning on hway. Ambiance excellent, of a chettynad mansion. Rooms were specious, clean providing heritage charm. Wahroom clean hygienic. Food and breakfast was home cooked chettynad flavour. (don't expect topical large spread ) mr nagraj called us to know arrival time, guided about interesting attractions. Service excellent.

The stay is over priced. The owner is extremely well mannered. But the caretakers can be better trained. Its a normal lodge. The exteriors are good. Good option for photo shoots.

Location is not far from highway but 10kms away from karaikudi. It's a new place being built in chettinad style of architecture, not heritage. Some construction still going on. Rooms are adequate but has no curtains, gets bright in mornings. No dedicated restaurant, need to inform earlier about meal request. While people are really helpful and nice, the place needs some fine-tuning especially for the price being charged.

Very good stay near karaikudi for a reasonable price. Had breakfast from here and it was really nice. I believe only vegetarian foods are available here. Many tourist spots are easily accessible from here. If you are planning to visit chettinad palace, they will arrange the tickets from here
