I don’t like their rooms because they were so dirty and the size was so small it doesn’t match with their prices

Location d staff is very good, room service is on time, cleaning daily.

Smell was coming from the washroom and 2-3 bees were in the room that was quite uncomfortable.

It was a tremble stay. Insects are there no cleaning at all. Rooms are dusty. Washroom also no good at all and very dim light in washroom because of cleanliness. It was hard to stay there at 4 am. I called up a taxi and left that room because i couldn't sleep. If i turn off my room, light cocraches come everyone in the room. Very terrible hotel.

It was a terrible experience. Room was very compact with no sunlight. It was freezing and when asker for heater, they said you have to upgrade your room. Power went off for three hours straight with no backup.

In my general opinion the food was much costly, hygiene was below in rooms housekeeping and other staff was not that educated and professional but only the charges per night were in budget nothing else is good

At times i stay in this hotel, but, as always shower taps don't work properly, ultimately i have to bucket & mug to take a shower. Kindly check them, apart from this service and the staff is very good, and decent. I like the ambience of good people. Hey people out there, my apologies, kindly ignore this review as in confusion of the other hotel, this review has been posted, my apologies again kindly ignore this. When i entered the property i was offered room number 202 when i entered the room was full of cockroaches, on floor, telephone back and sides of the bed, i requested to change the room. I got a new room 205, it was better then the last room but after a few minutes i could see cockroaches in bathroom and floor area, next morning i ordered breakfast, the time i poured the tea, inside the kettle it was cockroach, i left my breakfast as it is, and checked out of the property. Kindly stop serving cockroaches to your customers.

We were 2 couples and couldn't really make use of the swimming pool for that reason. Not a big deal, but it would not have been my first choice of hotel for our group. Definetelly a great place for families with children 😀
