Pathetic worst it was a nightmare for me I don't need any explanation from your website just my money back .. Nothing else. How can you ask these kind of hotels to be part of your website .. Such a bad pathetic experience. Bed bugs in the bed, room was full of mosquitos. Waited on road outside the door which was locked for at least half and hour and they were not opening gates .. It was my exam next day early morning and it was such a bad experience couldn't sleep because of bed bugs

It was good hotel.. You can visit this place with family.. All rooms was clean and well maintained.. The only thing the service was slow.. But it was good for short stay.. There is no much place to see in Karnal.

Room is clean. Location is good and first of all AC is working properly. Good service. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. As per room charges is very well. I will give the point 10 / 10. Hotel staff do work at the small call. I think comparison to other hotels could not give the same facility same price.. Hotel staff give the good response for customer. If you want to change the time of check-in after online booking.
