The room was really when i arrived but staff members make sure to give me all the assistance possible. All staff members behaviour were polite and helpful. Room were tidy clean and organized.

Regarding room allotted

I was booked room and paid near about - rs. I am single person. Some one female receptionist allotted me double bed in room. When i ask to change my room according to her they have a single room you can cancel booking and it was not refundable. Then i told her i am single why allotted me double bed. They no answer. Then some gentle man i think he is seniors for her he allotted me another room.

I had booked a room through make my trip. The property is not as expected. No room fridge, i had requested one for keeping my insulin. The toilet size is very small. No electric kettle was given, no tea bags etc when i argued with the staff the same was given. Rate of all food items are very high. The bed was not as expected.

Issues with ac, lenins were not replaced.

Ac wasn't working properly had to call room service midnight. However issue was resolved promptly. Had to change allotted room since used bed lenin were not replaced.
